WHO WE ARE
Our mission statement is “Transformed to transform.”

The Loft is a gathering; it is an encounter with Jesus. At The Loft, young adults (ages 13 to 35) come together for life-changing moments of worship and prayer that move mountains. The Loft is designed to help you belong, no matter where you are at in your life. At the Loft everyone is welcome. The Loft is Biblically inspired by the story of the Upper Room (the Loft) where the disciples met “together in the upper room (the Loft) … with one mind and one purpose, continually devoting themselves to prayer” (Acts 1:13-14a, AMP)
As the first church in the Upper Room, the Loft is a place of unity, freedom, worship, the undiluted Word of God, evangelism, transformation and prayer. It is always so special when we get together (and there’s always food involved). Start your weekend on the right note with a powerful experience at the Loft
ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
We believe we are raising young adults to become leaders of integrity and strong faith who can better transform their communities, our nation, and the world. The Encounter Conference is our annual gathering to retreat, experience the fullness of God, and leave refreshed and empowered.
Now, more than ever we need to pursue our Lord and Saviour. We need to take time to seek Him, draw near to Him and be in His presence – it is here we will find JOY.
Our theme for this year is FIXED FOCUS based on 2nd Corinthians 4:18. The aim is to see young people grow in their relationship with God, become proactive and take initiative in their service to God, and be relevant in society as godly citizens
